Our acquisition advisory is based on a client’s investment strategy and covers the entire acquisition process, from strategic guidance, deal sourcing, engaging with potential sellers, indicative offers, due diligence, and negotiations to completed acquisitions. Croisette is also happy to collaborate with clients to develop a new investment strategy. Furthermore, we have experience in various auction procedures as representatives of the buying party.

A well-thought-out investment strategy is crucial for achieving your long-term investment goals. We offer you, as a buyer, the opportunity to review your current real estate portfolio, and together, we work on developing a new investment strategy to maximize your chances of reaching your goals.

Deal Sourcing
A significant part of our work in the acquisition process involves actively identifying, evaluating, and presenting potential acquisition targets based on your preferences and needs. We always conduct a thorough search to find suitable acquisition targets, and thanks to our extensive network, we can often present concrete proposals right away.

Dialogue with Potential Sellers
For the most promising properties, Croisette assists you, as the buyer, in initiating a dialogue with the potential seller. We present a business proposal and gather additional materials and information for our further evaluation of the acquisition target.
04.
Indicative Bids
After you, as the buyer, have received further information about the acquisition target, and a final evaluation has been conducted, Croisette can help develop the indicative bid and communicate it to the seller. Croisette also manages the ongoing dialogue with the seller throughout the bidding process.
05.
Due Diligence (DD)
If the seller chooses to accept the indicative bid, Due Diligence begins, allowing you, as the buyer, to conduct financial, technical, and legal assessments of the acquisition target. If needed, Croisette can offer both parties a comprehensive data room solution, making all digital documents from the seller accessible. We manage this process while facilitating interaction between the buyer and seller.
06.
Negotiation and Closure
Concurrent with Due Diligence, negotiations for a transfer agreement take place with the seller. At Croisette, we support you, the buyer, throughout these negotiations, all the way to the signing of the transfer agreement and your acquisition of the property.
