We are pleased to share that Croisette Real Estate Partner Finland and Knight Frank advised Macquarie Asset Management and Inmark Asset Management on the sale of what was largest commercial real estate transaction in Finland in 2023.
The five asset logistics portfolio was sold to Goldman Sachs Asset Management comprising mission critical assets spanning 134,000 sq m of leased space across Tuusula (HMA), Tampere, Oulu & Kuopio. The portfolio is wholly let to Posti Group Oyj, the Finnish postal service and a third-party logistics services provider, owned by the State of Finland.
