Croisette Real Estate Partner has acted as the seller’s advisor in the sale of two rail-connected logistics properties in Hallsberg and Nässjö, with a total leasable area of approximately 36,500 sqm, at an underlying property value of SEK 470 million.
PostNord AB has divested two logistics properties, located in Hallsberg and Nässjö, through a “sale and leaseback” transaction to Swedish Logistic Property AB. Both properties, which are fully leased, are strategically located within the “Golden Triangle” between Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö and feature rail tracks directly connected to the facilities. The property in Hallsberg, Lilla Älberg 1:8, has a leasable area of approximately 26,000 square meters. The property in Nässjö, Terminalen 1, has a leasable area of approximately 9,500 square meters.
