Croisette Real Estate Partner, the Nordics business of global real estate advisory Knight Frank, has today announced the appointment of Magnus Andersson as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This strategic move signals a renewed focus on growth and expansion across the region.

Founder and current CEO Per Svensson will transition into a new role as Head of Business Development while retaining his board seat and ownership position within the group.
Having successfully navigated challenging market conditions, Croisette has undertaken significant structural changes and secured additional equity to strengthen its position. As market dynamics shift towards renewed growth, the company is entering a phase of expansion and development.
Magnus Andersson brings to the role, extensive leadership experience in real estate, construction, with a track record of accelerating business growth and unlocking commercial potential. As owner of Henån Invest AB, Magnus led complex restructuring initiatives, overseeing mergers, and enhancing profitability of firms across a multitude of sectors. Most recently, he served as interim CEO at VTAB AB, guiding the company through a critical period of transition. Magnus’ expertise in refining strategies, optimising operations, and driving commercial success position him perfectly to lead Croisette into its next chapter.
