Croisette advises on sale when Corem acquires two warehouse properties in Flemingsberg

Corem has acquired the Huddinge Anoden 2 and Anoden 5 properties in Flemingsberg, Huddinge. Croisette Real Estate Partner provided advice to the seller, Strömberg Förvaltnings Aktiebolag.

These properties are situated in Flemingsberg and are fully let to one tenant over two five-year leases. The lettable area is just over 8,300 square metres and the total plot area for the properties covers 15,528 square metres. The underlying real estate value amounts to around SEK 133 million, and the tenant is expected to take possession on 31 August 2020.

“We are pleased to have been entrusted with the task of implementing the sale of these two beautiful and well-constructed properties in Flemingsberg. It was pleasing to see that there was a great deal of interest in the properties and strong competition for them, despite the fact that the sales process took place mid-pandemic. Once again, it appears that industrial and storage properties in Stockholm with good basic characteristics are retaining their strength on the real estate market and will probably continue to do so for a long time to come”
