Subsidiaries of Nischer Properties AB and Nyhem Bostad AB have sold development rights for 153 apartments in the Tallbohov area in the municipality of Järfälla. Croisette Real Estate Partner provided advice to the seller.
The development rights cover 153 tenant-owner apartments, 12 of which are LSS (special needs) apartments and 141 are housing cooperative apartments. The detailed development plan for the property has come into force, but the sale is conditional upon planning permission being granted. The purchase price amounted to SEK 70 million.
