Croisette Real Estate Partner has been entrusted with the leasing assignment for Project MINT Expansion – a cutting-edge, sustainable logistics and industrial development located in Bjuv, southern Sweden. The project is being developed by a large international investor advised by NCAP.

Project MINT Expansion will offer approximately 25,000 sqm of gross floor area, plus an additional 3,000 sqm mezzanine, designed to be fully flexible and future-fit with tenant adaptability at its core. The development is aiming for BREEAM Outstanding certification, the highest possible environmental standard, fully aligned with the EU Taxonomy.

The property is fully flexible, offering tailor-made solutions for various tenant needs, including the possibility of cold storage, electric vehicle charging (cars and trucks), and efficient separation of heavy and light traffic. Tenants will also benefit from proximity to key transport routes (road, rail, ports, and airport), access to public transportation, and a skilled regional workforce.
The ongoing detailed development plan enables even greater flexibility in terms of land use, with zoning permitting industrial, warehouse, office, and food production activities.
