Croisette Real Estate Partner has been working on behalf of Kallhäll Fastighets AB to lease an industrial unit covering more than 1,000 square metres in Järfälla.
Croisette, working on behalf of Kallhäll Fastighets AB, was responsible for leasing a site in excess of than 1,000 square metres, where the letting of the industrial premises – a combination of storage and offices – was completed this week. The tenant moving in to Kaminvägen in Järfälla is Swoosh Sverige AB.
