Croisette Real Estate Partner has provided advice to Stadsnyckeln and leased premises to architects Krook & Tjäder, who were looking for new premises in Halmstad.
This autumn, Stadsnyckeln tasked Croisette with a leasing assignment for Fattighuset at Lilla Torg in Halmstad. The new tenants for the premises will be Krook & Tjäder, who will be relocating in early 2021. This move means they will also be neighbours of Croisette in Halmstad.
