The Lavetten 16 housing cooperative has sold a new 3D property at Fridhemsplan in central Stockholm. Croisette Real Estate Partner provided advice to the seller.
The 3D property, Lavetten 18, has been separated from the master property, Lavetten 16, in the spring and sold to a private player in connection with this. The lettable area covers just under 1,000 square metres of restaurant and shop premises. The buyer took over the property on 1 September 2020.
We are very pleased with Croisette’s work. They managed to find a buyer for us at a price level that exceeded our expectations – and all in the middle of a pandemic. Croisette, together with other advisors, have guided us through this sales process in a professional way. This has been incredibly important for the housing cooperative and our members,
– Johnny Östberg, Chairman of the Lavetten 16 housing cooperative
“We are pleased to have been entrusted with the execution of the sale of this 3D property. We found there was strong interest in it with the market position prevailing in spring, even though a number of tenants belong to a segment that has been hit hard by the coronavirus situation. So this deal is a sign that the real estate market remains strong, and that there is still a great deal of interest in commercial properties in good locations”
– Olle Håkanson Nobel, Co-head of Transactions at Croisette Real Estate Partner
