Croisette has leased a retail space in central Gothenburg on behalf of Åhlens. The new tenant is Robert’s Coffee, which will open its second coffee shop in Sweden in December.
Croisette Real Estate Partner has leased retail space to Robert’s Coffee. The store is approximately 306 sqm and is located at Östra Hamngatan 18 in Gothenburg City. This will be Robert’s Coffee’s second establishment here in Sweden, as they previously only have a presence in Stockholm.
