Croisette has succeeded with the transaction of the Project Thors Vænge (Newly Built Townhouses) in Ishøj Landsby, where we have helped a client from our colleagues in Sweden to find the right match for their first real estate investment in Denmark.
The buyer is an anonymous Norwegian Family Foundation with a primary focus on residential. We are very grateful for the cooperation in this transaction and want to thank Lise Grothen (Accura), Lasse Stjernholm Detlevsen (Plesner), Mathias Erbo Kryspin (Nordaö), and the other advisors for being a part of this transaction.
It is now the third transaction with the developer of this project, which is why we are now looking for even more development opportunities (building plots for townhouses) in Greater Copenhagen, or, in the larger Zealand provincial towns.
