We rent out all types of premises and focus the marketing of your vacant premises on the companies that are best suited to the specific premises. We have an extensive network of contacts and a presence in almost all of Sweden.
Pay upon delivery
In the unlikely event that we do not succeed in finding a tenant for your vacant premises, you will not have to pay anything, unless agreed otherwise. The commission is only paid if we find a tenant that then signs a binding contract. All the initial costs for photography, advertising, signage etc. are covered by Croisette.
Photography
We always use our 360-degree cameras for photography, and the material is then sent to an external party for professional editing.

Needs analysis
An individual analysis to determine what needs exist for the specific premises.

Advertising
Advertising of the premises is mainly done via Objektvision and our website. But also on social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. Depending on the specific details of the premises, we also advertise via physical material such as banners.
03.
Finding the right tenant
To find the right tenant, we work on the basis of the needs analysis and match these with similar needs that our tenants have.
04.
Signing the lease agreement
We have found a tenant that fits well with the premises and a lease agreement is signed.
